Update
Loose weight takes dedication, mind control, and time.
My steps are very simple, do you think you can do it?
1. Drink water before everything
2. Limit yourself to only 8 inch plates
3. Always eat fruits and veges
4. skip, jump rope, pilates.. only 10 min at a time

Can you loose 1000 calories in a workout?

Many trainers will tell you that you want to increase muscle because this will increase your resting metabolic rate, but in actuality the extra calories burned per day by an additional pound of muscle is limited. Shortcuts to take
I love Dr. Oz and I believe that he has always good points about weight loss, the body, everything.

Did you know that you can skip for 10 min at 128 bpm, and that is equal to 30 min of running?

I have a twitter account @fitpromom, and through twitter I have a couple of followers that are using my program to loose weight.
As of right now, Nov 19, @andie141 is down from 204 now to 188.6 lbs. That is a huge improvement! She is my proof that between my weight loss plan, her weight watchers, and exercising, the weight can come off!
